William Nicol (Aberdeen) Limited is one of the UK’s leading bulk liquid and powder transport and logistics specialists.
We operate throughout the UK and Europe and our clients include some of the country’s largest petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, shipping, and foodstuffs companies.
We transport both hazardous and non-hazardous products in our fleet of specialist tankers all of which are fitted with equipment such as compressors and pumps. And we are the only company in the North East of Scotland to operate stainless steel tankers – a necessity for products which contain corrosive elements.
All our drivers are highly experienced, and have HGV and CPC licences and ADR training certificates.
We operate 365 days per year and work on both contract and non-contract bases. Transport planning is an important part of our operations and we identify the most efficient and cost-effective route for each journey.

Transport
It’s how it all began, initially William Nicol worked shifting vats of animal fat from rendering plants in the North East of Scotland. William then had the foresight to put a tanker on road to aid insulation and it has since grown from there. We now have over 70 tankers and over 40 trucks at your service.
Storage and Management
We have over 8,000,000 liters capacity for bulk liquid storage.
We store all manner of industrial chemicals that we can distribute as and when needed either in a tanker, in transport tanks, IBCs or Drums.
We provide tanker trailers for your own static use at your own premises.
You simply choose how long you need to rent the trailer for – daily, weekly or longer term – and we will deliver it to your site.
